Designing is the preliminary step of construction. We can classify different steps/stage of designing

·                     Concept designing 

·                     Schematic designing 

·                     Detailing designing

·                     Construction designing

1.            Concept design.: - Study structural drawing, floor plan, furniture layout, section drawing, evaluate and site plan and make a well aware of the proposed project.

2.            Schematic design: - Simply calculate the total load and find out the maximum demand of the system. Determine the size of the cable and relative equipment. After that prepare the general schematic drawing and calculation sheet.

3.            Detailing Design: - Evaluate and prepare detailed layout basis of maximum demand and produce coordination drawing and tender drawing for bidding

4.            Construction design: - Based on detailed drawing prepare Bill of quantity’s(BOQ) And prepare shop drawing based on tender drawing. after construction prepares as build drawing for approval and hand over to representative.
