How to Calibrate Pressure Gauge./ Procedure for Pressure Gauge Calibration.

Procedure for pressure gauge Calibration:-

1. Connect the equipment‘s as shown in the above figure to calibrate the pressure gauge.
2. Apply pressure 0%(zero adjust)
3. Adjust the zero screw or put the pointer on 0%
4. Apply pressure 100%(span adjustment)
5.  To correct the indication increase or decrease the sector arm
6. Apply pressure 50%(linear adjust)
7. Adjust the length of the link or pull the pointer using puller and place at the correct spot
8. Checkpoints 0%,25%,50%,70% and 100%
9. Repeat these steps to get correct values
